What are the dimensions of the glass tumbler?
- Our tumbler is 21cm tall, with a bottom diameter of 8cm and top diameter of 11cm
What are the dimensions of the stainless-steel straws?
- Each straw set comes with a wide-mouth straw with diameter of 12mm, and a regular straw with a diameter of 6mm. Both straws are 23cm each.
Can the tumbler be used for hot & cold drinks?
- Yes! As our tumbler is made with hand-blown borosilicate glass, it has a higher temperature tolerance than regular glass. You can have both cold and hot drinks in our tumbler, and keep your hands safe with our silicone sleeve.
Is the tumbler microwave-safe?
- Yes- our tumbler and silicone sleeve/coaster are microwave safe. We recommend NOT microwaving the lid or straws.
Is the tumbler dishwasher-safe?
- Yes! Our entire tumbler set is dishwasher-safe.
Where do you ship your orders from?
- We ship our orders from Vancouver, BC in Canada. Our Amazon orders are shipped from various Amazon warehouse locations
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
- It takes 1-2 days to process orders, and delivery time depends on the shipping location. Domestic orders within Canada usually ship within 3-5 business days. Orders to the USA will usually take 4-7 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days or more. You will be provided tracking information.
